Privacy Policy

AI Detector ("the app", "we") gives an estimate of whether text or an image is AI-generated. This policy explains what data is and isn't processed. The app is provided by its developer; contact: [email protected].

What the app does NOT collect

• The text and images you scan are processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded, transmitted, stored on our servers, or shared. The detection models run locally; we have no servers that receive your content.
• We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or photo library beyond the single image you choose to scan (which stays on your device).

What is processed (by third parties, with your consent where required)

• Advertising — Google AdMob. To show ads, AdMob may process your device/advertising identifier and app usage data. With your consent (EU/UK GDPR and Turkey KVKK via the in-app consent form, and Apple App Tracking Transparency on iOS), ads may be personalized; without consent we request non-personalized ads. • Subscriptions — Apple App Store. If you buy the "Remove Ads" subscription, Apple's App Store processes your payment and manages your subscription. The app uses Apple's on-device StoreKit to check your subscription status; we never see your card details and do not send your purchase data to any third-party service.

Consent & choices

• On first launch the app shows a consent form (Google UMP) for personalized ads and, on iOS, the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can decline; the app still works and serves non-personalized ads. You can re-open the ad privacy options any time from Settings.
• Buying the subscription removes all ads. Manage or cancel it from your Apple account.

Retention

• We retain none of your scanned content (it never leaves your device). Ad and subscription data is retained by Google and Apple per their own policies.

Children

• The app is not directed to children; we do not knowingly collect data from children, and ads are not tagged for child-directed treatment.
